Sunday Funday

Our generation changed the face of Sundays!  They are no longer a day to rest and stress about the upcoming week, they are a day for packing in more fun with friends, day drinking and eating great food!  That is why we chose this week’s blog to be about the best places in Dallas to have brunch.  We have searched far and wide for some of our favorite spots Dallas has to offer, and when it comes to brunch, Dallas is not lacking so making the decision to choose 5 was difficult.  Here is a list of Krimson & Klover’s Top 5 favorite places to brunch.  (They have been listed in no particular order)

Bread Winners Café has an all-around stellar menu, even if you visit outside of brunch, you will not be disappointed.  Their brunch menu consists for 7 types of eggs benedict, 16 specialty plates, and a variety of French toast, pancake/waffles, casseroles, and egg platters.  All of these plus a little hair of the dog are sure to cure whatever happened Saturday night.  (we won’t even ask)

4.  The Grape

The Grape is another fantastic all-around restaurant with a kick ass menu!  It was vote
Best Burger in Texas” by Texas Monthly, “Best Brunch” by the Dallas Observer and “Top 8 Brunches” by Dallas Morning News.  I hope that shows you, they are serious about Brunch!  So whether you are craving breakfast, lunch or the combination brunch, make sure you pay The Grape a visit!

Let’s talk some seriously mouthwatering delicious food!  If you are anything like me, Latin (or Mexican) food is amazing!  La Duni has perfected the art of a fantastic Latin breakfast.  If Huevos Rancheros, Migas or Chile Rellenos are what you are craving, this is your breakfast haven!

This place is amazing, outside of their delicious food and brunch, they have 40 draught beers, two live ales and 85 types of bottled beer to choose from.  They were rated “Best New Restaurant” by the Dallas Observer.  If you eat one of their delicious tomatoes, chances are it came from our amazing friends at Amelia’s Farm

This American Bistro is quite the treat!  They stuck to their roots of offering great food comfort and hospitality.  Hattie’s takes traditional recipes and adds a fresh modern twist, and let me tell you, it is delicious!  Whether you are looking for a plate of eggs, southern sandwiches or some amazing chicken and waffles, Hattie’s is sure to hit the spot.

This is by far only a few of the great places to brunch in Dallas, so get out there, ¸explore the great food our city has to offer…and most of all¸ have the best Sunday Funday ever!  We love hearing from our fans, so if you have been to any of these places for brunch, what was your favorite dish?  Have another great place you want to share for brunch?  Let us know!  We hope you ladies have an awesome weekend!  Get out and have some fun!
